Return (cancellation)

You can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Important: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Request a return

Please request a return using our contact form before sending the item back. There you will receive information on how to proceed (e.g., return address and next steps). We may not be able to process returns sent without prior notification.

Condition of the items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition (including any labels/packaging) in order for us to process a refund.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us via the contact form and send photos. We will find a suitable solution.
