This website is operated by Averly (“we”, “us”, “our”). The following terms of use apply to the use of our website and to orders placed through our online shop. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

(1) The contracting party for orders is Averly, Germany.
(2) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(3) By clicking the "Buy now"/"Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The agreement is concluded as soon as the payment has been processed.

3. Prices, Payment

(1) The prices displayed at the time of ordering shall apply.
(2) The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
(3) The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received (retention of title).


4. Products, Presentation

We strive to present product images and information in a way that reflects the actual product as accurately as possible. Minor variations are possible.


5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Note regarding return shipping costs: In the event of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

(1) Returns under the right of withdrawal shall be made within the statutory period.
(2) To ensure prompt processing, please request the return in advance via our contact form.
(3) A clear declaration of withdrawal can also be made by other means (e.g. by e-mail).
(4) Please use only the return address provided in the cancellation policy or after contacting us for returns.

8. User content (feedback, ratings, messages)

By submitting content (e.g., ratings, comments, or messages), you warrant that you possess the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove unlawful or inappropriate content.

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
